About delivery

Reduced delivery charges to the whole UK !  It is now only £3 to ship up to 2kg anywhere in the UK - and only £5 to ship up to any quantity above that whatsoever!  Yes £5 is the maximum UK delivery charge, no matter how much you order.  This includes anywhere in the UK - whether you live on the mainland or in the Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands - we will charge you the same.

This web site will calculate shipping charges to most destinations automatically - before you make any commitment to buy.  You can also use the information below to get an idea of what you may be charged for delivery.  We do not make a profit on delivery charges; in fact we subsidise shipping in some cases.

We aim to process all orders received before midday the same day (but this is not guaranteed).  Occasionally we may deliver the goods in several consignments at no extra cost to you.  Deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, particularly in December.  Please be patient, and use the delivery tracking options available to you.  It is always best to allow ample time for deliveries.  Delivery times quoted are for guidance only and are not guaranteed (unless specifically described as such).

UK delivery (inc. H&I, IoM, IoS, CH. Islands)

Delivery within the entire UK is based on the weight of your order, up to a maximum of £5 no matter how heavy.  A typical parcel weighing over 2kg costs £5.  Small parcels cost less.  This is an economy service which usually takes 2 to 4 working days (not guaranteed).  We are charged more for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands but we absorb the extra costs and do not charge more for standard delivery to these areas.  We are able to deliver to BFPO addresses - the charges are the same as for UK mainland.  We use a 'signed for' service for many orders so it is important that there is someone in to receive the goods.  If this is not possible we recommend you enter an alternative delivery address (such as work/friend/neighbour).  A delivery time of day cannot be given when choosing standard delivery.  Small items are usually posted through the Royal Mail.

UK mainland

For a maximum of £7.50 per parcel (maximum weight 30kg) you can choose our 'express next working day' service (guaranteed).  You can choose standard or next working day by noon delivery (certain areas only) during checkout.  For next day delivery please order by midday at the latest.   'Next day' orders placed after midday will be despatched the following working day.  Weekends and public holidays are not considered 'working days'.  You can choose ‘next working day delivery’ which will get to you by 1pm the next working day after you order, providing you place your order before 12pm (UK only).    

Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Isles of Man and Scilly, Channel Islands

Standard delivery costs are exactly the same as for the UK mainland.   If your delivery is urgent you can upgrade to the Royal Mail's Special Delivery service for next working day delivery* of parcels up to 20kg.  (*Next working day services are not guaranteed to all areas - enquire if this is important - and the time of delivery may also vary by region.)

EU delivery

Small parcels (up to 1.5 or 2.0kg) will be delivered by airmail small parcel service. Larger parcels will be delivered by 'signed for' courier service on a 2 to 3 day service for most Northern European Countries and on a 3 to 4 day service to Southern Europe. These delivery times are for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, France, Germany, Corsica (and Monaco no VAT)

The maximum delivery charge per parcel is £12.50 inc VAT (up to 30kg).

Austria, Denmark (and Switzerland & Lichenstein no VAT)

The maximum delivery charge per parcel is £15 inc VAT (up to 30kg).

Italy, Spain, Czech Republic, Slovekia (and Vatican & San Marino no VAT)

The maximum delivery charge per parcel is £21.00 inc VAT (up to 30kg).

Greece

The maximum delivery charge per parcel is £48.00 inc VAT(up to 30kg).

Portugal, Finland, Sweden, Hungary, Poland, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania

The maximum delivery charge per parcel is £26.00 inc VAT(up to 30kg). 

Cueta, Gibralter

The maximum delivery charge per parcel is £26.00 (up to 30kg). 

Norway, Croatia

The maximum delivery charge per parcel is £22.00 (up to 30kg).

Turkey & Tunisia

The maximum delivery charge per parcel is £37.00 (up to 30kg).

Malta

The maximum delivery charge per parcel is £31.00 (up to 30kg).

Andora

The maximum delivery charge per parcel is £51.00 (up to 30kg).

All other European destinations

The tariff is automatically calculated online.

North America, Australia and the Far East and the rest of the world

Charges are calculated automatically on our site and are based on the overall weight and volume of your order.  Please email or call us with any questions. Delivery generally takes 3-5 working days after your order has been processed (not guaranteed).

General

International deliveries outside the EU may be subject to customs clearance.  Yogamatters cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Customs or other government authorities.

Non-delivery

Please inform us within 21 days of placing your order if the goods have not been delivered.  Although we may still be able to trace your items after this time we will not consider claims for lost items after this period.
