The FeetUp™ Trainer has been tried and recommended by many experienced yoga teachers across Europe, thoughtfully designed by Kilian, an experienced yoga teacher and creative designer from the Allgäu.
What are the benefits of FeetUp Yoga?
The FeetUp yoga bench makes it easier to practice headstands. The cushioned top supports the shoulders and the bench offers extra support whilst in this position as inverting can be dangerous if not done correctly. Utilising the bench promotes blood circulation through the body and relieves pressure on your hips, legs, and feet.
Do Yoga Headstand Benches Work?
Yoga headstand benches are an excellent way to practice inverted positions and remain supported, this is especially important for beginners and those practice at home. They can help to relieve pressure, improve blood circulation, and alleviate pain through the body by offering a comfortable and supportive way to invert.
What is the weight limit on FeetUp?
The bench has been tested to ensure optimum safety, and has been lab tested in Germany up to 2200 lb. That means over 900 kg of weight can be applied before the prop starts to show any signs of breakage!
