How do I choose a yoga ball?
Sizing is key to choosing the right yoga ball for you. You will need to choose one that is proportional to your height. Once the ball is fully inflated you should be able to comfortably sit on it with your feet firmly on the ground and your legs at a 90 degree angle. As a general guide a 55cm ball will be suited to anyone who is a height of 5'1 to 5'7, a 65cm ball is best for anyone 5'8 to 6'1. Anyone above 6'1 should ipt for 75cm, and anyone below 5'0 should opt for 45cm.
