This half yoga block from Yogamatters is half the thickness of a regular yoga block and can be used either in place of or with a full thickness block for small adjustments of height. Support, stabilise and align your body with this superior lightweight yoga block. Sit on one to raise your hips for a straighter spine or put four together for a classic shoulder stand support.
