Our Fascia Roller is a great tool to include before and after exercise (or just for taking a break away from your desk). Just like stretching, rolling increases blood flow and flexibility which can prevent injuries and improve mobility. Increase your joint range of motion effectively by relieving inflammation, tight muscles and tension in your body.

How to use: Start with light pressure and adjust with your arms or legs. Start with 10 seconds at a time and work up to 30-60 seconds when you feel like you need more intensity. Recover by drinking lots of water after rolling.

For any lower back pain we recommend turning the roller vertical (in line with your spine) and gently rolling from side to side, still in line with your spine. For loosening any tight knots in your body, we highly recommend our Cork Peanut Massage Roller and Cork Massage Ball Set.
