Our bestselling, eco-friendly rectangular Bolster, the outer cover is made from 100% organically grown cotton and filled with recycled polyester fibre.
Support your practice with our rectangular variation of the classic cylindrical bolster offers greater width and a flatter surface for supine postures. The flat surface supports the back and can also be used to raise the hips in sitting postures and placed lengthways under the mid back to open up the chest.

What is the benefit of having a rectangular bolster?
The Organic Cotton Rectangular Bolster is lower and wider than our round shaped bolsters which offers a more gentle stretch during practice. It's also a more suitable shape to use for seated poses.
