Yoga for NHS: Staff Wellbeing
with Paul Fox
Thursday 12th September | 9:30 - 10:30am
Yoga4NHS is a six series class aimed at NHS workers and accredited by the Royal College of GPs. Yoga4NHS will equip you with self-care skills using yoga techniques. The emphasis is on developing your own yoga toolkit and developing a sustainable home and work-based practice lasting as little as 5 minutes per day.
This October Stacie will lead a month of educational and thoughtful classes focused around the theme of Reclaiming Narratives. Looking at mediums of movement, sound, breath work and poetry, Stacie will focus on a different element of this theme each week.
Meet our host Stacie CC Graham
Stacie is a yoga teacher, speaker and writer based in London.
With the help of chakra and breath work, we can tap into our own creativity and power to reinvigorate our sense of hope and our experience of connectedness.
After the turbulence of the summer, it’s important that we pay attention to our nervous systems.This final session is an opportunity to rest, to imagine and to dream.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Autumn is the metal element which is associated with the lung & large intestine meridian lines and organs. Susanna will guide you through a beautiful floor based sequence of asanas that work with these meridians to help you to recalibrate.

Chris opened Yoga X Life with the aim to create a real reasource where people can go to practice, find connection and foster community. The studio is founded on the belief that yoga is most powerful when it is integrated fully into our lives and core.
Anne’s Oasis Sound Bath will use soothing instruments and vibrations to relieve stress, promote healing, and harmonize the body. The session will end with mantra.

Yes our online community classes are free. We also offer online courses which are fee based for those who want to deepen their practice.
We know that life can get in the way and sometimes you might not be able to attend class. There is no need to let us know if you can’t attend.
No the live classes are not recorded, we encourage you to join us live to practice together but if you book onto one of our courses will receive a recording.
