Wilder Botanics is inspired by co-founder Rachel Landon’s 20 years of clinical practice as a naturopath and herbalist and her husband Charlie’s deep-rooted curiosity and love of naturally derived formulations.

Rachel’s previous career in fashion first played a part towards seeking herbs to rebalance and strengthen preventively. Drawn to the holistic which meant in the truest sense of the word - as a whole.

This herbal blend is a beautiful traditional Welsh recipe that Wilder have added their own herbalist's twist to.

Its called Solstice because this is often the times in the seasons' calendar when our immune system is compromised - in winter these herbs help to relieve congestion, excess mucus, easing the symptoms of colds and flu and boosting immunity , and in spring when there may be congestion & inflammation due to hay fever and helping to ease these hyper reactive symptoms.

A little bay & cinnamon has been added to ease any tummy upset & they add to the immune potency of this blend. 

Add 1 teaspoon to a cup of hot water. Infuse for 10 minutes strain and enjoy.

Yarrow is not suitable in an excessive amount if pregnant or breastfeeding.
